Juvenile Defender and Parent Attorney Conference Scholarship Application

A limited number of scholarships are available for private assigned and managed assigned counsel who represent respondents in juvenile delinquency or juvenile abuse, neglect, and dependency proceedings. These scholarships are intended to help those attorneys who would otherwise have difficulty affording the conferences.

To apply, please submit answers to the questions below. Scholarships will be awarded no later than two weeks after application submission. If you are interested, please apply soon, as scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. All scholarship applicants will be contacted by email about the status of their application and next steps for registration.

If you receive a scholarship, the registration fee of $200 is waived; however, recipients remain responsible for travel, food, and lodging expenses.

The scholarship application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 7, 2024.
