Knapp Library

The first floor of the Knapp Library is now open to the public from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The second floor of the library will remain closed until further notice.  Many services will continue to be delivered remotely.

Inter-Campus library pickup and delivery for physical material has resumed on a weekly basis. Members of the University community and registered borrowers can place requests from any library location via the online catalog - https://catalog.lib.unc.edu.

SOG employees and MPA students can still request books and other material from the Knapp Library collection by email (library@sog.unc.edu).

Contactless pickup of physical material requested from the Knapp Library or other campus libraries by SOG employees and MPA students will be at tables located near the elevator just past reception on the second floor of the Knapp-Sanders Building.

When requested material arrives, we will notify borrowers by email. They can then schedule a pickup time between 9AM and 1:30PM, Monday thru Friday.

Book returns may be made at a small table located next to the main entrance to the library (next to the original wall-mounted book-return).

Requests for digital/electronic material will continue through the UNC Libraries' Catalog at https://catalog.lib.unc.edu
