Knapp Library
The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.
- Covid-19 Response

A limited number of scholarships are available. These scholarships are intended to assist private assigned and managed assigned counsel who represent parents in juvenile abuse, neglect, and dependency and would have difficulty affording the Intensive Parent Defender Training.

If you are interested in applying, please answer the following brief questions. Scholarships are awarded no later than two weeks after application submission. Please apply as soon as possible.

If you receive a scholarship, the registration fee of $325 is waived. You are responsible for your travel, food, and lodging expenses.

The scholarship deadline is Friday, February 14.
