Advanced Criminal Procedure for Superior Court Judges

This four day North Carolina Judicial College course for Superior Court Judges covers many challenging procedural issues that arise in a criminal trial, including dealing with discovery issues and suppression motions, capacity, double jeopardy, jury misconduct, probation revocations, and more. It also includes a tour of the State Crime Lab in Raleigh.
