Chief Public Defender Leadership Training
This course is co-sponsored by the UNC School of Government and the Office of Indigent Defense Services.
Topics will include identifying and navigating leadership challenges, coaching a multi-generational workforce, managing difficult conversations, and changing organizational cultures and routines. The program is comprised of plenary sessions and intensive small group work.
This training will be held from Thursday, April 17.
The registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4.

PARTICIPANTS: This training is open to chief public defenders and IDS administrators. If you are unable to attend, at your discretion, please feel free to send another representative from your office.
CLE: The program offers 6.75 hours of continuing legal education credit (pending Bar approval).
