The trial court properly denied the juvenile’s motion to dismiss the petition charging her with making a false bomb threat under G.S. 14-69.1 where the evidence showed the juvenile was the last student to use a calculator prior to a “Bomb at Lunch” message being found on it and witnesses testified that juvenile stated she meant it as a “prank” and thought it would be fun to get out of school.
