Special Topic for Prosecutors

Special Topic for Prosecutors will be held April 22-23, 2025, at the School of Government in Chapel Hill, sponsored by the North Carolina Judicial College. On the first day of this course, participants will attend lectures on evidence issues relevant to prosecutors: capacity to proceed, digital evidence, and character evidence, among others. On the second day of this course, participants will choose between two tracks with specialized lectures pertaining to: (1) Sentencing or (2) Motions for Appropriate Relief (MARs).
