Town of Cary Gets 83% Employee Survey Response Rate

Congratulations to the Town of Cary for eliciting an 83% response rate from surveyed employees.  To give you an idea of the magnitude of the achievement, the typical response rate for local government employee surveys is 50%. By employing a range of strategies, building trust, and communicating that every employee’s opinion counts, the Town of Cary achieved the highest response that I’ve seen in twelve years of organizational research with over 4000 employees. Kudos, Town of Cary, for a job well done!
