NC State Bar Journal Features Faculty Articles
The Fall 2016 issue of the North Carolina State Bar Journal features two articles by School of Government faculty members.
James C. Drennan penned “The District Court at 50,” an overview of the court’s history, growth, and evolving role in North Carolina’s judicial system since it was created in 1966. He also considers what holds for the future of the court and its judges.
In his article on “Legal Ethics and Social Media,” Christopher B. McLaughlin covers how lawyers are using social media and e-mail—professionally, personally, responsibly, and irresponsibly. He also provides helpful guidelines on digital communication in the workplace.
