David M. Lawrence
David Lawrence served full-time on the School of Government faculty from 1968, then the Institute of Government, until 2009. While no longer active with teaching and advising, Lawrence continues to be affiliated with the School through his research and writing on local government law, particularly city-county consolidation, incorporation, open meetings, and interlocal agreements. Lawrence earned a BA from Princeton University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
