Juvenile Curfews: Constitutional Concerns and Recommended Remedies

In the last decade, federal case law on juvenile curfews has greatly expanded, rendering many state decisions obsolete. Recent important decisions are analyzed, and recommendations for sound curfew ordinances are presented.
