THE Chief district judge's role as a supervisor

This course is offered through the North Carolina Judicial College. The course is a course to assist chief district judges in their role as supervisor.  It will cover basics of employment law, including different forms of discrimination, and will help judges develop communication and other skills needed for effective supervision.  Particular attention will be given to the chief district judge's relationship to magistrates.
