Practical Skills for New Prosecutors

This conference provides practical skills and legal training for new prosecutors through classroom lecture and practical skills demonstrations. Participants at past conferences learned about introducing evidence through practical skills exercises. In addition, the conference covered domestic violence issues; DWI legal issues; working with law enforcement officers; DMV license revocation and points; chemical tests for alcohol; and featured a breath testing demonstration.
