This seminar is designed to provide in-depth treatment of a particular criminal law topic. Past seminars have focused on areas such as search and seizure, mental health issues in criminal cases, and forensics. Attendees

Public, appellate, and capital defenders, special counsel, and attorneys in the IDS central office; if space is available, the course is also open to private attorneys who perform a significant amount of appointed work.
